Our Room Rental Rates & Capacities sheet gives detailed information on our rooms' capacities, sizes, and rates.
Our AV & Setup Rates sheet lets you know what AV & setup items are included with room rental and which are available for an additional fee.
We support livestreaming and full-scale hybrid events too! Please contact your Event Planner for a quote.
Our Floor Plan document serves as a quick reference for where our rooms are located in relation to each other, especially useful when planning an event involving multiple rooms. Please also see the virtual tours of our Classroom Level and Plaza Level.

Catering Menus

UBC Robson Square has several preferred caterers for you to choose for your event. Please choose one caterer and make your catering order directly with your Event Planner, and let them know if you have any questions about any of our catering menus or providers.

CultivATE Catering (click for menu): CultivATE is a Buy Social certified organization whose menu offers hot & cold breakfast options along with lunch selections incorporating sandwiches, soups, and salads. As part of ElevATE Society, CultivATE hires individuals with barriers to employment and their profits go to registered local charities and foundations. Drop-off service, with staffing available for an additional fee.

Savoury Chef (click for menu): With a culinary style rooted in classical cooking techniques, Savoury Chef offers a refined and modern menu for breakfast, lunch, and special events. Drop-off service, suitable for groups of any size. Hot food menu available on request. Alcoholic & non-alcoholic staffed reception options available: please contact your Event Planner for a quote. Our facility holds 55,000 square feet of welcoming meeting rooms, reception spaces, and a unique theatre. We offer flexible room configurations – just let our event planning team know what you need.

Pricing

Our room rental is divided into sessions: 8am-12pm; 1pm-5pm; 6pm-10pm. We offer reduced rates for bookings of multiple sessions, and for all UBC faculties and departments.

Did you know? Special rates available for Registered Charities. UBC Robson Square welcomes Registered Charities and is pleased to offer a 20% discount on the room rental.
