Our AV & Setup Rates sheet lets you know what AV & setup items are included with room rental and which are available for an additional fee.
We support livestreaming and full-scale hybrid events too! Please contact your Event Planner for a quote.
Our Floor Plan document serves as a quick reference for where our rooms are located in relation to each other, especially useful when planning an event involving multiple rooms. Please also see the virtual tours of our Classroom Level and Plaza Level.

Catering Menus

UBC Robson Square has several preferred caterers for you to choose for your event. Please choose one caterer and make your catering order directly with your Event Planner, and let them know if you have any questions about any of our catering menus or providers.

BreadxButter Café & Events: Located just around the corner from UBC Robson Square, BreadxButter offers the freshest coffee and pastry options alongside a wide variety of choices for breakfast & lunch. Drop-off service, best suited for groups of 10-40. Weekend orders require advance notice.
CultivATE Catering: CultivATE is a Buy Social certified organization whose menu offers hot & cold breakfast options along with lunch selections incorporating sandwiches, soups, and salads. As part of ElevATE Society, CultivATE hires individuals with barriers to employment and their profits go to registered local charities and foundations. Drop-off service, with staffing available for an additional fee.
Edge Catering (Seasonal Feature Menu): Edge Catering’s custom UBC Robson Square menu is focused on providing exceptional breakfast, lunch, and break options for your meeting, conference, or class. Drop-off service, suitable for groups of any size. Hot food menu available on request. Alcoholic & non-alcoholic staffed reception options available: please contact your Event Planner for a quote.
The Lazy Gourmet (Seasonal Fresh Sheet): With more than four decades as a leader in the food and beverage industry, The Lazy Gourmet has helped private and corporate clients create memorable experiences via menus that showcase locally sourced ingredients and West Coast flavours served with a signature sense of hospitality by a seasoned family of service professionals.
Savoury Chef (Break & Lunch Package Features): With a culinary style rooted in classical cooking techniques, Savoury Chef offers a refined and modern menu for breakfast, lunch, and special events. Pricing

Our room rental is divided into sessions: 8am-12pm; 1pm-5pm; 6pm-10pm. We offer reduced rates for bookings of multiple sessions, and for all UBC faculties and departments.

Did you know? Special rates available for Registered Charities. UBC Robson Square welcomes Registered Charities and is pleased to offer a 20% discount on the room rental.
