UBC Robson Square holds 55,000 square feet of meeting rooms, reception spaces, and a unique theatre. We offer flexible space configurations, customized catering, A/V equipment and full-service support to meet your needs including support for livestreaming and full-scale hybrid events.

Our Rooms and Rates
Rooms are available in flexible configurations and come equipped with AV equipment and full-service support.

- Room rental is divided into sessions: 8am-12pm; 1pm-5pm; 6pm-10pm
- Reduced rates are available for bookings of multiple sessions and for all UBC faculties and departments
- Registered Charities receive a 20% discount
Catering
UBC Robson Square partners with preferred caterers for your event. Choose one caterer and place your order through your Event Planner, who is available to help with any questions about menus or caterers.

Their catering menu features fresh, healthy, and delicious menus—thoughtfully prepared and fully customizable—while supporting individuals facing barriers to employment.
- Savoury Chef (click for menu): With a culinary style rooted in classical cooking techniques, Savoury Chef offers elevated menu selections at an excellent value. Services include on-site catering staff, table linens, and fresh-brewed coffee prepared just steps from your event.
